# Request a refund

> How to request a refund on a purchase you made on Whop

If you have a problem with a purchase, getting help and requesting a refund is easy through Whop's Resolution Center.

Whop's Resolution Center gives you the chance to explain why you deserve a refund, and you will receive a decision within a week maximum.

## How to request a refund

If you are logged into Whop:

#### Go to Orders

Click your profile photo > [Orders](https://whop.com/@me/settings/orders/)

#### Find the transaction

Look under **Billing history** and find the transaction you want refunded

#### Request a refund

Click the three dots **\[...]** and select **Request Refund**

#### Explain your situation

Follow the prompts to explain why you deserve a refund

> **Tip**
>
> The more evidence you provide, and the more detailed you are in your
> explanation, the more likely you are to receive a refund. Thoroughly
> explaining your situation and uploading any relevant evidence will help the
> merchant — and the Whop team — understand why you deserve a refund.

## Can't find your purchase?

"order confirmation" under the email you used to make your purchase

#### Access the product

Click the **"Access \[product name]"** button in the email — this will bring
you to the Whop product page

#### Sign in

Click **"Sign in"** if you are not already signed into Whop — use the exact
email address where you just found your order confirmation email to log in
and use the sign-in code sent to your email

#### Request your refund
